Refund & Cancellation Policy

Why there is no trial countdown

The free plan runs the same engine on the same data with the same numbers. Your first upload has no SKU limit at all, whatever the size of your catalog, so you can see your complete picture before deciding anything. Nobody should be paying to find out whether this works for them.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your account page. No email required, no retention conversation.
• Cancelling stops the next payment immediately.
• You keep everything you paid for until that period ends.
• After it ends your account drops to the free plan. Your data stays.

Refunds

Because the free plan lets you evaluate the product fully before paying, we do not normally refund a subscription period that has already begun.

We do refund, without argument, in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same period.
• You were charged after cancelling.
• A paid feature was broken for a significant part of your billing period and we could not fix it.
• You paid by mistake and have not used the paid features since.

Email hello@ecomuncle.com with the payment reference. We respond within two working days and, where a refund applies, process it within five to seven working days back to the original payment method.

If something is genuinely wrong

Our whole argument is that other tools report numbers that are not true. If you find a figure of ours that is wrong, tell us. We will investigate it seriously, fix it, and if it affected a decision you made on a paid plan we will sort out the billing fairly.

Yearly plans

A yearly plan is cheaper because it is a longer commitment, and it is not refunded pro rata part way through. If you are unsure, take a month first and switch to yearly once you know it fits.

Price changes

If we raise prices, you keep your existing rate until your current period ends and we give at least thirty days notice before the new rate applies.
