What EcomUncle is

Software that reads reports you download from your Meesho supplier panel and presents them as profit, returns, advertising and settlement figures. It also includes free browser tools for cropping labels and calculating margins.

We are an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meesho in any way. Meesho is a trademark of its owner.

Your account

• One account per person or business. Do not share your login.
• Give a real email address, because that is how we reach you about your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your login.
• You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement.

Estimated figures

Meesho's own payout sheet carries this disclaimer: the amounts are estimated figures, subject to change once logistics costs are determined. We inherit that. Our numbers are only ever as accurate as the file you upload.

Our profit calculations also depend on product costs you enter yourself. If those are wrong, the profit is wrong. Where we do not have a cost, we show no profit at all rather than guessing.

What you may not do

• Upload files that are not yours, or that you do not have the right to upload.
• Try to access another user's data, or probe the service for vulnerabilities.
• Resell, white-label or redistribute the service without written permission.
• Scrape the site, or run automated requests that put load on it.
• Use it for anything illegal.

If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@ecomuncle.com rather than exploiting it. We will thank you properly.

Plans and payment

• The free plan is free, with the limits shown on the pricing page. We will not start charging you for it without notice.
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page.
• Cancelling stops the next payment. Access continues until the paid period ends.
• Prices can change, but never for a period you have already paid for. We will give at least thirty days notice.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

Your data stays yours

You own everything you upload and everything derived from it. We claim no rights over your business data and will not use it to train models or sell it in any form. You can export or delete it whenever you like.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will never be down. We may take it offline for maintenance, and we may change or remove features. If we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Meesho can change its report formats at any time without telling anyone. If that happens we will fix our readers as quickly as we can, but there may be a gap.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for business decisions you make using our figures, for lost profits, or for anything caused by an error in a report Meesho produced.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you want, from the account page or by emailing us. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will explain why unless doing so would compromise someone else.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We will update the date at the top and email account holders about anything meaningful. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
