Ek second…
Meesho gives you one A4 page per order, label on top, tax invoice underneath. Uncle cuts the invoice off, stacks the labels SKU by SKU with a pick list so each product comes off the shelf once, and sizes the file for your thermal or A4 printer. It all runs in your browser.

Several files at once is fine. Nothing is uploaded. The whole thing runs inside your browser, which matters because these pages carry customer names and addresses.
Choose PDF filesMeesho hands you one A4 page per order. The top half is the shipping label the courier scans. The bottom half is a tax invoice that, in almost every case, goes straight in the bin. Printing both means twice the paper, twice the time at the printer, and on a thermal roll it means half of every expensive sticker is wasted.
Cropping fixes the paper. Sorting fixes the packing. If you are shipping thirty orders and eight of them are the same product, having those eight labels next to each other means one trip to the shelf instead of eight.
| Option | Best for | Watch out |
|---|---|---|
| 4 × 6 thermal | Anyone with a label printer | Nothing. This is the cleanest result |
| A4, two per sheet | Ordinary inkjet or laser | None. Nothing is shrunk |
| A4, four per sheet | Cutting paper cost hard | Barcodes get small. Test one sheet |
| Just crop | Keeping Meesho page size | Same paper use as before |
No. The file is read inside your browser tab and never sent to a server. That matters because a Meesho label carries your customer's name, phone and full address. Close the tab and nothing remains.
In the supplier panel go to Orders, select the orders you are dispatching, and choose Download Labels. Meesho gives you one A4 page per order with the shipping label on top and the tax invoice underneath.
The courier only needs the shipping label. The invoice below it doubles your paper and, on a thermal roll, wastes half the sticker. Removing it is the single biggest saving in the packing process.
Label PDF Meesho panel se download karo, yahan drop kar do, printer chuno, aur crop dabao. Invoice hat jayega aur labels product ke hisaab se stack ho jayenge. Kuch bhi upload nahi hota.
If ten orders are the same SKU, sorting puts all ten labels together so you pull that product from the shelf once instead of ten separate times. On a hundred-order day that is most of an hour.
Yes on thermal and on A4 two-per-sheet, because nothing is shrunk beyond what fits. Four per sheet does make barcodes small, print one test sheet and scan it before committing to a batch.
Yes. Pick the 4 by 6 inch option and each label is rotated to fill a standard roll sticker with no white margin.
Yes. Drop several PDFs in together and they are treated as one batch, sorted and printed in a single pass.
Yes. Open the crop editor and drag the box over the first page, or pick one of the presets. Whatever you set applies to every page in the batch. Left alone, the tool finds the invoice line on each page separately, which is usually better because Meesho does not always put it at the same height.
Batches of several hundred pages are normal and the progress bar shows exactly where it has got to. Very large batches take a little time because every page is read for its SKU and courier, that is what makes the sorting possible.
Upload it and Uncle shows which of the products you are packing right now actually lost money last month, with returns, ads and every fee on its own line.
